Cooking Classes for families

At Casale Fedele B&B we arrange enjoyable cooking classes. Dishes and recipes are usually accompanied by fine wine and a home made dessert. Available from Spring to Autumn, classes are taken on the patio overlooking the garden. Fabiana, the innkeeper, is a good cook specializing on genuine Italian and Roman cuisine. Homemade recipes include homemade pasta and various dishes with vegetables picked directly from the local vegetable gardens. At sunset or in the evening, Italian Pizza or local dishes based on regional food can be served upon previous request. Italian cooking classes are available on previous reservation only for the b&b's guests. All classes are taken in Italian and English.

Rates: Cooking Classes are available for a minimum of four guests at the cost of 25 euro each person and 10 euro for children. Duration is about 2 ,30 hours. The class includes food and wine tasting: menu consists of an Italian appetizer, first main course based on Italian pasta or pizza, Italian freshly baked cake or icecream as a dessert. All dishes are accompanied by local wines from the Etruscan  area.
